Emergency No. 01608 642547
As of 14th January 2021, some of our staff have recently had Covid-19, and other staff are required to self-isolate, so we are short-staffed.
For this reason, and because of the lockdown, we are operating a reduced service. The hospital is opening at 09:00 and closing at 17:00 on weekdays, and some routine consults and operations may need to be postponed for a couple of weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience. Ill or injured animals will, of course, be seen.
Our branches in Bloxham and Burford are closed until further notice.
Our social distancing and Covid-19 biosecurity precautions require the following:
• If you bring your animal to the practice, please minimise the number of people who come with you, and please either wait in the car park and call us (01608 642547) to tell us you are there, or come to the front door to tell us you have arrived.
• If you are self-isolating or ill with coronavirus symptoms and your animal needs urgent care, if possible, please arrange for a friend or family member to bring your pet to us. Otherwise, please call us to discuss the situation.
• Our biosecurity and hygiene measures are far better at the hospital than off site, so we not doing home visits unless absolutely necessary.
• If you need pet food or medications, including routine flea and worm treatments, please call ahead to arrange pick-up.
